2) Operational Philosophy

• **The Icicle Rule (14 days):** Data is transient. Spooled mail expires on a rolling basis.
• **Human-in-the-loop fulfillment:** Intent → payment → provision. Low abuse, high trust.
• **Minimalism by design:** No ad-tech. No behavioral profiling. No marketing “content mining.”
• **Abuse resistance:** We reserve the right to suspend/deny service to protect deliverability and the ecosystem.

3) Tech Stack (Current)

• **Frontend:** Tailwind CSS + glass UI, Space Grotesk typography.
• **Backend:** PHP endpoints (order intent intake) + append-only logging (JSONL).
• **Provisioning:** cPanel UAPI today (manual-first, automation later).
